We're seeking an Customer Success Coordinator to support business clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management. This is not a sales role . Instead, you'll partner with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from initial setup through ongoing support and renewals.

What You'll Do

• Manage the onboarding and implementation process for new business clients
• Coordinate timelines, documentation, and customer communications
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions and support needs
• Support contract renewals and ongoing account maintenance
• Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and internal systems
• Deliver professional support through both phone and email communication

What We're Looking For

• Experience in B2B customer service, account management, client services, customer success, or sales support
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data entry

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorestown, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $31.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
