Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote but will involve partnering closely with local educational institutions. We are committed to fostering a positive work-life balance, allowing our team members to explore flexible scheduling options including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Friday. This flexibility supports our mission of self-care among staff, ensuring we can best serve our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy or counseling tailored to the specific needs of clients, employing evidence-based techniques to facilitate healing and growth.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through client interviews, gathering in-depth information related to social, emotional, environmental, and health factors that influence well-being.
\n
• Design, implement, and evaluate treatment plans that address clients' identified goals, monitoring progress while making adjustments as necessary.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions for a variety of mental health issues, including crisis intervention, and provide referrals to community resources as needed.
\n
• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, respect, and acceptance to foster a safe space for client exploration.
\n
• Document and maintain accurate client records in accordance with organizational protocols, ensuring timely updates reflecting treatment effectiveness and ongoing needs.
\n
• Manage a full caseload, ensuring that all documentation and client interactions align with the highest professional standards.
\n
• May be assigned additional duties and responsibilities that align with team goals and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary population served in this role includes school-aged children and adolescents, as well as their families. You will address a spectrum of issues, including behavioral problems, emotional disturbances, and family dynamics. By providing support in a school environment, you will play a vital role in preventing academic setbacks associated with mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Arizona.
\n
• At least four years of relevant work experience in mental health, particularly with a focus on school-based or family therapy.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adolescents and their families in a counseling or therapeutic context.
\n
• Knowledge and practice in behavioral mental health treatment modalities, particularly relating to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and family or relationship issues.

• Familiarity with assessment tools and resource identification to better serve the needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, you’ll be eligible for a sign-on bonus as part of your employment package.
