Key Responsibilities\n

As the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day operations will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the immediate and long-term counseling needs of each client.

• Utilizing DSM-5 criteria for diagnosing co-occurring disorders, and recommending the most suitable treatment interventions based on ASAM guidelines.

• Collaborating in the preparation of individualized treatment plans, specifically focusing on a client-centered approach to substance abuse counseling.
\n
• Formulating discharge and continuum of care plans to facilitate appropriate transitions for clients, ensuring seamless support throughout their recovery journey.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records that document all therapeutic interventions, educational outreach, assessments, referrals, and follow-ups.
\n
• Overseeing a manageable caseload, including regular treatment planning and clinical charting as per organizational standards.
\n
• Coordinating with families, community resources, and referral sources, such as legal representatives and educational institutions, to ensure a comprehensive support network for clients.

• Implementing crisis interventions as necessary, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to effectively address urgent psychological needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students who experience a variety of challenges, including mental health issues, substance use disorders, and behavioral health concerns. In this role, you will not only provide individual and group therapy sessions but also engage in family therapy to promote holistic healing and sustainable recovery. Through your expertise, you will significantly contribute to improving overall student wellness and academic performance.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, employees will receive the following benefits:
