We are seeking a highly skilled Allstate Inside Sales Rep to join our Lynnwood, Washington office. This role is ideal for a positive, approachable individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. You’ll focus on connecting with clients, identifying coverage needs, and driving new business through strong communication and relationship‑building skills. We are offering: Base salary of $60,000-$80,000 (based on experience) with monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus opportunities, potential for year‑end total to be $150,000. Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, and close sales through inbound and outbound client interactions. Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent service, follow‑ups, and policy reviews. Ask each customer for referrals and promote our referral program to generate additional opportunities. Requirements A candidate having an active Property & Casualty license is a bonus. Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days of hire.
