Business Development Representative

Full-Time | Field-Based | Base Salary + Commission

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping commercial fleets improve their maintenance operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and develop new fleet maintenance accounts
  • Make cold calls and scheduled visits to fleet managers and business owners
  • Travel up to two days per week as needed
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while managing your territory and priorities
  • Build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions that help fleets operate safely and efficiently
  • Represent ACTS Fleet Maintenance with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence

Preferred Qualifications
  • College experience or a bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Sales, customer service, business development, or account management experience preferred
  • Transportation or fleet industry experience is beneficial but not required
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
