Work Environment

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our detox center, you will work remotely, providing psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients at the detox center to develop personalized treatment plans that leverage solution-based interventions.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to each client's needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to enhance treatment effectiveness and ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at continuous improvement of clinical skills and patient care quality.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources, acting as a vital source of support and information.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment and incorporate this knowledge into clinical practice to enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, primarily focusing on individuals in detox and recovery. This includes clients dealing with various substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
