Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate individual clients’ strengths, needs, and challenges.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services to a diverse client group, including individuals, families, and groups, utilizing telehealth platforms.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care that enhances clients' overall wellness.
• Advocate zealously for clients’ rights, ensuring they have access to essential community resources and support services that promote recovery and well-being.
• Thoroughly document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with best practices in clinical documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. This client population may present with a broad spectrum of co-occurring mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients through this challenging phase, employing compassionate and trauma-informed care to support their path toward recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential.
• Must currently hold a valid License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience in social work is required.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and caseload.
