Summary Of Job

This hybrid position combines office coordination, billing, and payroll responsibilities. Key duties include billing responsibilities such as posting payments, managing accounts receivable, invoicing, preparing collections, insurance authorizations, and resolving billing inquiries. The position also handles assisting with client intake, scheduling staff for service requests, and coordinating ongoing care with families and staff. Payroll processing such as verifying schedules, data entry, and ensuring accurate and timely workflow are also included in this hybrid position.

Recruitment Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years medical or general billing experience
• 1 year payroll or timekeeping experience preferred
• Strong organizational, clerical, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Windows and Excel required; experience with scheduling or billing software preferred
• Ability to work additional hours as needed
