GTM Engineer

Medvelle is hiring its first GTM Engineer to build the systems that find, enrich and route pipeline. You'll report to the VP of Go-To-Market.

Medvelle is an AI-powered inventory and procurement platform for med spas and aesthetic businesses. We connect to our clients' POS systems, forecast what they'll run out of, and handle ordering end to end. Clients save 15%+ on supply costs and 50+ hours a month.

The role

The strategy is set. We need the builder who turns it into working systems. You treat the revenue process like software: data models, APIs, webhooks and workflows that run without babysitting.

This is a work in progress. ICP and messaging still move week to week. If you'd rather ship a working v1 tomorrow than a perfect architecture in three months, you'll like it here.

What you'll build

• Clay tables, enrichment waterfalls, lead scoring and signal-based workflows that write clean data into Salesforce.
• Integrations across Salesforce, Gong, 6sense, Apollo and our outbound tools using APIs, webhooks and n8n or Make.
• Outbound infrastructure: sending domains, DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and sequencing in Apollo or Smartlead/Instantly.
• LLM workflows (OpenAI or Anthropic APIs) for account research, lead classification and personalization.
• Scripts and queries in Python, JavaScript and SQL to scrape, transform and model early customer and product data.
• Signal pipelines that surface buying triggers such as executive job changes, tech stack changes and product usage by segment.
• Tracking inputs for campaigns and trade shows, from badge scan to a record in Salesforce.

What you won't own

Salesforce stages, field definitions, Flows, permission sets, reporting and the forecast belong to our Revenue Operations & GTM Systems Manager. You propose fields and automation; they approve and govern them.

What you bring

• 3+ years in GTM engineering, growth engineering or revenue operations, ideally at a seed or Series A B2B startup.
• Deep knowledge of ABM/X, Automated Outbound playbooks, Growth Marketing, Lead-Gen, Demand-Gen and AEO/GEO/SEO/CRO.
• Comfort with REST and GraphQL APIs, JSON, webhooks and rate limits.
• Working SQL and Python or JavaScript.
• Experience connecting a CRM (Salesforce preferred) to enrichment and outreach tools.
• Hands-on use of LLM APIs inside a real workflow.

Big pluses

• Clay certification (any track) and Production Clay experience. You can walk us through a table, workflow or sequence you have built, why the project was successful and where its data landed.
• Experience with 6sense, Apollo, Gong or Segment/PostHog
• Reverse ETL (Census or Hightouch) or Supabase/Postgres
• Web scraping with Playwright, Puppeteer or BeautifulSoup
• First or early GTM hire at a startup

How we work

• We are a growth stage startup and ambiguity is normal. This hire is an entrepreneurial self-starter that will be the owner of the GTM system.
• Action over polish. A working version beats a perfect plan.
• Data curiosity. You care about what the data says as much as the system that moves it.
• Pipeline first. You measure yourself on pipeline generated and workflow speed, not code purity.

• $125,000-$175,000 base, plus performance bonus and equity
