About the Role
We are partnering with an award-winning, venture-backed Healthcare AI company transforming how medical aesthetic and healthcare businesses manage operations, procurement, inventory, and practice growth.
Following significant expansion and continued market adoption, the company is investing in its Go-To-Market (GTM) infrastructure and seeking its first GTM Engineer to architect and scale the systems that power customer acquisition.
This is a highly visible opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, leverage modern AI and automation technologies, and build the foundation for a world-class revenue engine. As one of the earliest GTM Engineering hires, you will help shape strategy, create scalable processes, and grow into future leadership responsibilities as the company scales.

What You’ll Do
Build and Scale Revenue Systems
- Design and optimize lead-generation, enrichment, and account-intelligence workflows
- Create scalable processes that convert buyer signals into qualified sales opportunities
- Develop systems that improve pipeline consistency and sales productivity
AI & Automation Development
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows for account research, lead qualification, prospect prioritization, and personalized outreach
- Use large language models and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to strengthen revenue operations
Outbound Infrastructure Ownership
- Own and optimize outbound email infrastructure, deliverability, domain management, and multi-channel outreach systems
- Implement best practices for email authentication, sender reputation, and campaign performance
- Continuously improve outbound performance through testing and optimization
Integrations & Workflow Engineering
- Connect and optimize the revenue technology stack through APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and custom integrations
- Build scalable workflows across CRM, sales intelligence, conversation intelligence, and marketing platforms
- Develop custom solutions when existing tools do not meet business needs
Data Strategy & Signal Intelligence
- Build enrichment pipelines to identify target accounts, buying signals, decision-makers, and engagement opportunities
- Improve data quality and automate lead routing across the organization
- Create scoring models that help sales teams prioritize high-value opportunities
GTM Optimization & Experimentation
- Evaluate new technologies, data sources, AI tools, and growth strategies
- Measure performance, remove inefficiencies, and scale successful initiatives
- Document repeatable playbooks and operational best practices
Technology Stack
You will work with modern tools across Revenue Operations, AI, and automation, including:
- GTM & sales tools: Clay, Salesforce, Apollo, Gong, 6sense
- AI & automation: OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, AI agents, LLM workflows, n8n, Make
- Development & data: Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, webhooks, SQL
- Revenue infrastructure: Sales automation platforms, revenue intelligence tools, outbound infrastructure, and email-deliverability technologies
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations Engineering, Growth Engineering, Sales Operations, or Outbound Infrastructure
- Experience building and scaling outbound prospecting systems in high-growth B2B environments
- Proven production experience with Clay
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales operations workflows
- Experience with APIs, integrations, automation platforms, and data pipelines
- Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures and API integrations
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and continuous improvement
Technical Skills
- Python and/or JavaScript development experience
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and SQL
- Knowledge of email infrastructure, deliverability, and outbound automation
- Familiarity with AI-powered workflows and large language model implementations
- Experience using AI coding tools and automation technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup or high-growth SaaS experience
- Healthcare technology or Healthcare AI exposure
- Multi-location business or SMB sales experience
- Early-stage GTM team-building experience
- Clay Certification
- Experience implementing AI-driven revenue workflows at scale
