You will shape strategy, governance, and operating models across ministries and markets, partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to deliver sustainable, caregiver-centric Total Rewards programs.

You will oversee financial planning, vendor management, and program governance, ensuring alignment with Providence’s mission and long-term financial
