Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Work with CEO on a variety of projects, primarily organizing and writing. Preference given to those with literary background and creative background. Responsibilities Job will involve writing, proof‑reading, editing documents, presentations, organization, calendars, etc. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is friendly, kind, creative, organized, easy to work with, with good communication skills and good reading and writing skills. Opportunity for progression based on production and performance. If candidate has experience with Claude AI Desktop and/or technical/scientific/medical and/or athletic background please also let us know as this also relates to the company, but these things are not a requirement. If candidate has writing accomplishments or samples, please submit with the application. The ability to work with social media or other marketing media is also a plus. This is not a rote job for a one‑dimensional person, we are looking for a combination of interesting well‑rounded skills. Additional Information Flexible schedule possible, potential for part‑time or full‑time work, and some work may be able to be done remotely. Travel opportunities may be available if wanted.
