We are looking for a candidate who enjoys analyzing markets, working with distributors, and building data-driven strategies across Latin America and the Caribbean.

If you are bilingual English and Spanish and passionate about building strategies to improve sales in the Latin American markets, this job is for you!

Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales and market data across LATAM countries
- Partner with exclusive distributors to grow parts and lubricants business
- Build growth plans and strategic recommendations
- Create and present insights using Excel and PowerPoint
- Support after-sales and business development initiatives
- Travel about 30% across the region

Looking for someone with:
- Bilingual English / Spanish skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in market analysis and after sales support.
- Comfort working B2B with distributors
- Willingness to travel internationally

Nice to have
- Auto parts, lubricants, OEM, or industrial experience
