Role Description

The National Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Charleston Metropolitan Area. This person will help grow and manage relationships with fraternity, sorority, and business accounts across the country.

The role involves reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and helping clients through the entire ordering process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new accounts, communicating with customers through phone calls, emails, texts, and meetings, and helping them choose products, designs, and order details that fit their needs.

The National Account Manager will also work closely with the design, production, and customer service teams to make sure orders stay organized, accurate, and on schedule. Other responsibilities include preparing quotes, tracking orders and account activity, solving customer issues, and identifying opportunities for repeat business.

We’re looking for someone who’s outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable building relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Starting Pay is 32K in hourly with OTE of 60-80K

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable with sales, outreach, and relationship-building
  • Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Ability to work well with customers and internal teams
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other basic business tools
  • Sales, customer service, or account management experience is preferred
  • Experience in apparel, screen printing, or promotional products is a plus, but not required
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work on-site in the Charleston area and attend local meetings or events when needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus
