Construction Project Coordinator
Client is a top commercial construction general contractor with a mixed commercial construction portfolio.
Job Description
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Identify and address potential challenges or delays, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Support the procurement process by coordinating the purchase of materials and equipment as needed.
- Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
