Job Description

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of construction projects.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
• Identify and address potential challenges or delays, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support the procurement process by coordinating the purchase of materials and equipment as needed.
• Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
