Job Description Job Description Entry-Level Accounting Associate Carson or West Los Angeles $23-26/hour, based on experience Contract-to-Hire We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates or early-career accounting professionals to join a growing team in Carson, CA. Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Prepare and enter invoices, journal entries, and reconciliations Support month-end close activities and financial reporting Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets Review and verify accounting documentation for accuracy Assist with data entry and administrative accounting tasks Work closely with the accounting team on special projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 0-3 years of accounting experience (internships welcome) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Strong communication and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build a long-term career in accounting with a company that offers growth potential and hands-on training.
