Moraine Court Supportive Living Bridgeview, IL Schedule: Part-Time Sunday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Monday & Friday: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM About the Role Moraine Court Supportive Living is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, vendors, and prospective residents, the Receptionist plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment within our community. This position provides clerical and administrative support to the Executive Director and community team while assisting with day-to-day communication, organization, and front desk responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Greet residents, families, visitors, vendors, and prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries Assist residents and visitors with questions and requests Provide clerical and administrative support to the Executive Director and community leadership Receive, organize, and distribute correspondence and other information Maintain an organized and professional front desk and reception area Assist with basic documentation, filing, and administrative tasks Communicate effectively with residents, families, team members, vendors, and the public Follow established community policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements Help support a positive, welcoming experience for everyone entering the community Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred Experience in senior living, assisted living, supportive living, healthcare, or a related environment is a plus Comfortable interacting with seniors and committed to providing compassionate service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Must meet applicable health requirements and successfully complete required #J-18808-Ljbffr Asbury Pavilion Nursing And Rehabilitation
