HR Manager Distribution & E-Commerce Company Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 Up to $110,000 Base Salary. Bilingual Spanish/English Required Our client, a rapidly growing distribution and e-commerce organization, is seeking a HR Manager to support a large, high-volume workforce within one of its Southern California operations. This is a highly visible, employee relations-focused HR leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with both employees and managers. The ideal candidate is comfortable serving as the primary HR presence onsite, spending time on the warehouse floor, navigating complex employee situations, and helping drive a positive workplace culture. Position Overview This role supports a workforce of approximately 350-400 employees that can significantly increase during peak seasons. The HR Manager will be responsible for handling a high volume of employee relations matters, conducting investigations, coaching managers, supporting leave and accommodation processes, and helping foster a strong employee experience across the operation. This is not a desk-only HR role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being visible, building relationships, solving problems, and partnering directly with leaders and employees in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR partner for a large hourly workforce in a high-volume operation Handle complex employee relations matters, including performance concerns, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and workplace investigations Conduct employee investigations and provide recommendations to leadership Partner with managers to navigate challenging employee situations and drive consistent people practices Provide guidance on LOA, ADA, FMLA, accommodations, and California employment law Coach leaders on employee relations, communication, performance management, and engagement strategies Build strong relationships with employees while maintaining accountability and appropriate boundaries Maintain a consistent presence on the warehouse and distribution floor Support employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives Help leadership create a positive, compliant, and productive work environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Bilingual Spanish/English required Strong employee relations experience in a high-volume environment Extensive experience conducting workplace investigations Strong knowledge of LOA, ADA, FMLA, and California employment law Experience supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or e-commerce operations Experience supporting large hourly employee populations Strong manager coaching and business partnership experience Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification Experience serving as the primary HR contact for a large employee population Experience helping drive employee engagement and culture transformation initiatives What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate has been the \"face of HR\" for a large hourly workforce and is comfortable handling employee relations issues on a daily basis.
