We are looking for a friendly , organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our orthodontic office .
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment,and enjoy interacting with patient and families.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in patients
Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
Confirming upcoming appointments
Managing Patient information and paperwork
Collecting payments and assisting whit basic billing questions
Communicating with patients, parents and the clinical team
Verifying dental insurance
Keeping the front desk area organized and professional
Providing excellent customer service to every patient
Qualifications:
Strong communications and organizational skills
Friendly and professional attitude
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable using computers and office software
Ability to multitask
Experience with dental insurance billing,claims submissions,and insurance follow-up is preferred
Dental or orthodontic office exprience is preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
