Contract | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts (19:00-07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a PCU/Stepdown/Telemetry setting within a short-term acute care facility
• Maintain expected patient ratios of 1:4
• Float between units as needed to support staffing across the facility
• Participate in weekend shifts as required (6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period)
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of PCU/Telemetry/Stepdown experience required
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submittal - post-offer RTO requests may not be granted
• Must provide 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years (may include Charge RNs or Leads)
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and stepdown-level patient acuity
• Demonstrated flexibility with floating between units or sister facilities
