Client Operations Supervisor (Billing/Accounting)

SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Client Operations Supervisor who will be responsible to implement and oversee the client administrative process, including engagement management, client intake, billing, collections, and reporting. The incumbent will manage a small team of staff and will establish an effective and customer focused full-service client support team. Our client is a top ranked global law firm and this role will be based in the LA (Century Park) office and will report to a Director based in the NYC office. This role offers a high base, excellent benefits and growth opportunities.
