Director of Pharmacy Services
Good Samaritan
Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Director of Pharmacy Services to build and lead an in-house pharmacy program supporting affordable, high-quality care for underserved patients. This leader will design workflows, oversee dispensing and clinical pharmacy services, ensure regulatory and 340B compliance, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and develop policies that promote safe, cost-effective medication use. The Director will collaborate closely with medical, dental, and behavioral health teams, provide staff supervision and mentoring, track outcomes, and align pharmacy strategy with Good Samaritan’s mission of faith-based, whole-person, community-focused care.
