Salesforce Consultant

Seeking a qualified Salesforce Consultant for a remote, part-time engagement focused on enhancing and optimizing the existing Salesforce environment, including automating tasks, building department-specific applications, cleaning up contact automation, and creating executive dashboards. Key responsibilities Assess and enhance current automation processes to reduce manual work and improve task assignment Design and develop custom applications tailored to departmental needs, ensuring scalability and maintainability Audit and clean contact data, establishing standards for ongoing data integrity and automation Required qualifications Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform Developer I certification preferred Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including automation and custom applications Demonstrated experience in data cleaning and maintaining data integrity at scale Ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions and communicate with non-technical stakeholders Experience designing executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting in Salesforce
