Athletico is seeking an L&D Specialist to drive the Talent Development and employee engagement strategy. You will implement leadership development and enterprise onboarding programs, creating materials with Articulate 360 and Canva while using MedBridge LMS for compliance training. You’ll design and facilitate sessions, collaborate with managers to improve engagement, and manage post-training learning through Microsoft Teams.
