Senior Principal Architect - App Platforms

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We seek deep enterprise experience across Application & Collaboration Platforms Architecture, including collaboration and communication ecosystems, document/content lifecycle management, multimedia toolchains, secure-by-design governance and compliance, integration/interoperability patterns, reliability and lifecycle operations, portfolio rationalization, financial/TCO decision-making, and executive-level change leadership.
• We need a strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud operating models.
• We require demonstrated experience leading the safe adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in architecture workflows, including validation practices and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Preferred: advanced certifications in cloud, enterprise architecture, ITSM, SRE, or security disciplines.
• Preferred: experience in operational automation, event intelligence, and self-healing workflows integrated with ticketing and incident processes.
• Preferred: experience with enterprise CMDB and asset intelligence programs that improve control compliance and cost transparency.
• Preferred: familiarity with financial-services regulatory and control frameworks for operational resilience and auditability.

• We translate highly complex technical issues, trends, and approaches for leadership to support innovation and strategic target-state decisions.
• We drive adoption and implementation of technical methods in specialized areas aligned with the latest product development practices.
• We establish and lead an architecture governance body.
• We create durable, reusable software frameworks that improve delivery speed and output quality across teams and functions.
• We partner across domains to reduce tooling duplication, clarify ownership, and maintain authoritative technology status and lifecycle governance.
• We improve decision traceability, cost-performance outcomes, and review-board effectiveness through clear standards, metrics, and architectural guardrails.
• We evaluate emerging capabilities for enterprise fit and adoption readiness.
• We lead reuse-first adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in architecture analysis, option evaluation, and delivery of strategic global solutions, with human-in-the-loop validation and appropriate handling of sensitive data.
• We establish portfolio-level guardrails for AI-assisted and agentic workflows used in architecture and engineering governance, including traceability, auditability, and control expectations aligned to resiliency and security standards.
