Responsibilities

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Typically 2 or more years of related customer service experience (working knowledge of Commercial Rating and Agency Customer Service is preferred
• Proficiency in operating and interpreting proprietary software programs
• Written and oral communication skills, including active listening abilities tailored to specific audiences, along with professional telephone etiquette.

Daily Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email from policyholders, agents, peers, and vendors regarding commercial policy servicing, billing, and general requests.
• Complete high volumes of Certificates of Insurance and ID card requests within established service level expectations.
• Index multiple shared Outlook mailboxes, execute outbound callouts for New Business, Renewal, and Customer Satisfaction initiatives, and handle First Party Collections or Returned Mail tasks.
