Job Description:\nInsight Global is seeking a Scrum Master for a top financial services client specializing in small business lending. This individual will be embedded in agile, stream-aligned teams focused on delivering key business outcomes tied to organizational OKRs. The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator, but a true agile coach—someone who can remove blockers, protect team productivity, and continuously evolve team performance. This role requires experience operating within regulated environments, ensuring compliance and risk checkpoints are seamlessly integrated into delivery cycles. Candidates must be strong communicators who can push back when necessary, influence stakeholders, and foster a high-performing, self-sufficient team dynamic.\n\nDay-to-Day:\n\t• Embed within stream-aligned Scrum teams delivering against business OKRs\n\t• Facilitate all agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)\n\t• Identify and remove impediments to maintain team velocity\n\t• Protect team focus and shield from outside disruptions\n\t• Partner closely with Product Owners and engineering teams\n\t• Coach team on agile best practices and continuous improvement mindset\n\t• Ensure compliance and risk review steps are embedded within sprint workflows\n\t• Drive meaningful retrospectives that result in tangible process improvements
