Housing Stabilization Case Manager | Field-Based Role
L.A. Family Housing Corporation
LA Family Housing is seeking a Housing Stabilizer to deliver intensive, home- and community-based case management for households transitioning out of homelessness. You will assess needs, develop goal plans, link to resources, and provide crisis intervention in collaboration with local providers. Travel around LA County is required as you coordinate housing stability services, health, mental health, and income supports, while maintaining accurate records and working within Trauma-Informed Care #J-18808-Ljbffr L.A.
