Qualifications:

• Active PEL with LBS1 Endorsement (Illinois)
• Special Education teaching experience, especially in elementary grades preferred
• Ability to effectively manage small caseloads (approximately 10 students)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver resource instruction for grades 3–5, both in pullout and push-in settings
• Work onsite at one school serving about 10 students
• Design and implement individualized strategies to boost student progress
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with all district/state requirements
