About this Job Location: Baltimore, MD; Washington DC; Richmond, VA Department: RWS Clinical Status: Clinical How You’ll Make an Impact The Regional Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing the sales and distribution of LifeNet wound care products within a specific regional geography. This role acts as the primary management contact for each assigned Independent Agent, Territory Manager, and Associate Territory Manager while ensuring focused attention on territory activities. The Regional Manager is accountable for developing and managing business through distributorships and direct accounts within the region, pricing negotiations, and strategic account development. The role also involves recruitment and retention of staff, development of staff and agents, and regional performance of sales goals and objectives. What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership: Plan and implement strategies to ensure the revenue budget and regional goals are met. Build key relationships with supply‑chain contacts, physicians/key opinion leaders (KOLs), operating room staff, clinic staff, and other decision‑making personnel in the assigned region. Conduct regular business reviews with integrated delivery networks and hospitals on LifeNet Health products. Collaborate with the Key Account Surgical Specialist to steer hospital business in the Surgical Specialists territory. People Leadership: Recruit, retain, and motivate sales staff to meet company expectations. Guide assigned agents and managers to meet or exceed sales objectives. Conduct field travel within the region, perform business reviews, and ensure completion of required training such as compliance, product, sales, and other company training. What You’ll Bring Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree (BS or BA); a degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Valid driver's license. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience with direct reports. Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to analyze and strategize to meet goals. Ability to lead and motivate a team remotely. Experience developing strategy and budgets to drive annual goals and objectives.
