Bookkeeper - Construction / Real Estate Growing commercial general contractor and industrial real estate developer seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Coordinator to support accounting, project management, and operations across construction and real estate projects. Responsibilities Process AP invoices and vendor payments Manage lien waivers, W-9s, COIs, and vendor compliance Assist with pay applications, retainage tracking, and project cost tracking Coordinate workflows in QuickBooks and Procore Support reconciliations, reporting, and project administration Qualifications 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience Construction and/or real estate accounting background QuickBooks experience required; Procore preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr The Quest Organization
