Bookkeeper Position
A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial records, and requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of entries
- Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Support the month-end close process
- Prepare financial reports as needed
- Assist with financial audits and compliance
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
