Bookkeeper Or Junior Accountant
A growing company is seeking a strong bookkeeper or junior accountant to manage financial operations with a focus on accuracy, reporting, and project profitability analysis using QuickBooks Desktop.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform accurate bank and credit card reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Oversee collections and maintain precise financial records
- Generate financial reports, including project-specific P&L statements
- Analyze financial data to assess profitability
- Support month-end and reporting processes
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks with accuracy
Ideal qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong understanding of financial operations and reporting
- Ability to analyze numbers beyond basic data entry
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate
- Comfortable preparing and interpreting reports
- Proactive, eager to learn, and organized
Salary: $55k - $75k/Year
