Work Environment

As a full-time clinician, you will work onsite in our rehabilitation facility, collaborating closely with an experienced team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and multidisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of three patients per hour, providing evidence-based care specifically for individuals aged 40-65, who often present with orthopedic and functional movement challenges.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and recovery goals of each patient, ensuring they are supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and conditioning programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Regularly collaborate with healthcare team members, including MDs, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to develop interdisciplinary care strategies.
• Accurately document patient progress using CureMD EMR, maintaining up-to-date records that contribute to ongoing patient assessment and treatment evaluation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult patients aged 40-65, many of whom are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise will directly help improve their quality of life and physical capabilities through evidence-based practices and tailored rehabilitation plans.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Possession of an active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills necessary to effectively interact with patients and interdisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience

• While outpatient experience is preferred, candidates with relevant clinical internships or practicums will also be considered.
• A desire to engage in continual learning, with a willingness to implement new techniques and stay abreast of industry trends.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
