You have a proven record as the trusted advisor, building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels bringing to close. You utilize consultative selling skills to clearly understand customers' business requirements and translate them to our engineering team.The Opportunity: Drive business opportunities within the account, including upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions.Develop account growth strategies aligned with client priorities and MobileComm/UST’s capabilities.Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building strong, trust-based relationships.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the account, including upselling and cross-selling within the targeted portfolio.Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and strategic planning efforts.Monitor market trends and client needs to proactively recommend innovative solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, and operations to ensure seamless execution.Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely resolution and escalation as needed.Ensure compliance with client governance, reporting, and performance metrics. What you need:At least 7 years experience years client revenue business development role or combined senior level technical experience and business development.At least 5 years experience working for a company in Telecom Network Software, Telcom IT & Cloud, or Business Consulting industries. Telecom software/cloud native engineering solutions experienceStrong experience gaining meetings with C level decision makers bringing to success. Strategic thinker with a track record of driving account growth and client satisfaction.Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.Location: US RemoteCompensation: $150K-$190K plus uncapped commissionBenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
