We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead 3rd shift operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Youngstown, OH . This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work alongside your team to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency. ✅ Weekly Pay ✅ Strong Earning Potential ✅ Leadership Opportunity with Growth What You’ll Do Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team on 3rd shift Assign and prioritize maintenance tasks to support production needs Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs as needed Inspect machinery and monitor performance to prevent downtime Lead preventive maintenance programs Manage attendance, scheduling, and employee performance Coach, train, and develop team members Enforce company policies, including progressive discipline Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures What We’re Looking For 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred Strong hands-on maintenance experience (mechanical & electrical) Experience with hydraulics, PLCs, and three-phase electrical systems Proven ability to lead preventive maintenance programs Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) Ability to work overnight/3rd shift consistently Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Ability to stand and work on the production floor for extended periods Ability to wear required PPE at all times Safety Responsibilities Lead by example with all safety policies and procedures Ensure team compliance with PPE requirements Identify and report hazards immediately Participate in and lead safety initiatives and meetings Additional Requirements Drug testing required (pre-employment, random, post-accident, and for-cause) Apply Now – Step Into a Leadership Role We are actively interviewing for this 3rd shift role in Youngstown, OH —apply today to secure your opportunity.
