Founding Product Manager

An AGI research lab and platform purpose‑built to transform how financial institutions reason, decide, and operate. This team is building artificial general intelligence for banking — not a thin wrapper around a public API, but a reasoning engine that can ingest the full complexity of a financial institution's data, regulations, and workflows and produce audit‑grade decisions. As the first product hire, you will define what it means to turn a research breakthrough into a product that the world's largest banks trust with their core operations. You’ll spend your days inside the lab with researchers, inside the market with design partners, and at the whiteboard translating between the two — shaping roadmap, pricing, packaging, and deployment for something that has never existed before. What we're looking for: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years spent on a deeply technical product — infrastructure, developer tools, ML platforms, or data-intensive systems Demonstrated ability to take an early-stage product from zero to a signed enterprise contract, including pricing, negotiation, and implementation scoping Comfortable reading research papers and talking architecture with ML engineers, then turning around and leading a discovery session with a bank's risk and compliance leadership A meticulous, almost obsessive clarity in writing and thinking — you are the person who brings structure when the problem is still shapeless Experience working inside or selling into regulated financial services is a strong advantage, but intellectual curiosity about the space and its constraints is non-negotiable Must be based in the United States. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fluency Digital, Inc.
