As a Licensed Insurance Account Executive specializing in personal lines, you’ll be integral to our mission of delivering unparalleled service. This role includes a competitive salary of $45,000 to $65,000 per year , with additional earning potential through a 10% KPI bonus for meeting performance goals and an end-of-year bonus tied to 30% of the agency's top-line growth, shared with the team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Close sales and drive business growth.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding.
• Process policy changes and handle client requests.
• Overcome objections and win back former clients.
• Ensure high levels of client retention through exceptional service.

Requirements

• Licensed in Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with a willingness to adapt to new tools and systems.
• Self-starter with strong critical thinking skills.
• Professional phone and office etiquette.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
