Remote Full Cycle Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Hybrid or Remote Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST Pay: 42,000-50,000 (based on experience) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire We're seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our growing team! This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role primarily supporting call center and customer service positions. The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume call center positions Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates Build and maintain candidate pipelines Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Coach candidates on interview preparation and onboarding expectations Process background checks, drug screens, I-9s/E-Verify, and onboarding documentation Monitor candidate progress to ensure timely starts and resolve any issues that arise Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within Bullhorn ATS Partner with leadership to meet hiring goals while providing an outstanding candidate experience Qualifications Previous full cycle recruiting experience required High-volume recruiting experience required Staffing Experience Call center recruiting experience strongly preferred Experience using Bullhorn ATS required Knowledge of onboarding processes, background checks, drug screens, and E-Verify Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting If you're a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, coaching candidates, and owning the hiring process from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr Paramount
