Flexible Street Outreach Family Services Case Manager

DuPagePads in Wheaton, Illinois is seeking a Full-time non-exempt staff member to engage families experiencing homelessness. The role includes conducting street outreach and coordinating immediate shelter, along with case management and support services to promote housing stability and independence. The ideal candidate will have experience in trauma-informed interventions and will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
