As a Duty Airport Manager – Los Angeles, you will lead the day‑to‑day airport operation across both above and below wing functions, ensuring safe, efficient and customer‑focused outcomes. Acting as the senior operational leader on shift, you will drive airport performance, lead teams through dynamic operational challenges and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security and regulatory compliance. You will be instrumental in shaping operational excellence across the airport, driving continuous improvement, leading transformational initiatives and fostering a high‑performing one‑team culture. Working closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, you will influence operational outcomes, strengthen organisational capability and contribute to the achievement of key financial, operational and safety objectives. To be successful, you will have: Demonstrated leadership experience in a complex operational environment with responsibility for people, safety and performance outcomes. A strong understanding of airport operations with a previous background within aviation. Proven experience leading and developing teams, driving engagement, accountability and performance. Strong operational judgement and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure while balancing customer, operational and commercial outcomes. A demonstrated commitment to safety leadership, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship‑building skills.
