As a Leasing Agent at AJH, you will be responsible for assisting potential tenants throughout the leasing process, including property tours, lease negotiations, and ensuring lease compliance. Additional responsibilities include managing lease administration tasks, providing top-tier customer service, and collaborating with the property management team to maintain tenant satisfaction. Qualifications Strong knowledge of leases, lease administration, and residential leasing procedures. Experience in property management and handling tenant inquiries effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive tenant experiences. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in using property management software or CRM tools is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is beneficial.
