Growth Marketing Associate

To support the growth of user engagement, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Associate will manage and execute end-to-end communications campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications, focusing on the adoption of consumer products including On-Demand Pay and the newly launched marketplace product, Perks. Key responsibilities Maintain a high-velocity campaign calendar, building and deploying multiple campaigns weekly across various user segments Manage growth campaigns and A/B tests using Iterable, overseeing all core aspects of email campaign production Prepare data reports and analyses of campaign results to support various departments across the company Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in growth and email marketing, preferably in a B2C marketplace, tech, or finance company Hands-on experience building campaigns in a major ESP/CRM platform (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Experience in e-commerce or financial services consumer products Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset HTML/CSS experience is a major plus
