Proven experience in drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings. 5. Demonstrated ability in drafting and arguing motions. 6. Extensive experience in labor and employment law. 7. Excellent academic credentials. 8. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 11. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. 12. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
