Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Fusion Wellness Center, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Administer various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored specifically for patients in a detoxification setting.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring all patient records are up-to-date and secure.
