This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in managing your schedule while still making a significant impact on the lives of our clients. The flexible full-time schedule includes the possibility of evening and weekend hours, accommodating the diverse schedules of those we serve. The detox center setting requires a nuanced understanding of mental health challenges associated with substance use disorders, ensuring that our interventions are both timely and culturally sensitive.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and areas for growth, facilitating effective treatment planning.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and holistic care for each client.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans to address immediate client needs.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that empower clients and enhance their coping skills.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation to comply with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring the integrity of client records and treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients in a detox setting, including individuals with a history of substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and related mental health challenges. Your ability to foster trust, establish rapport, and promote resilience is key in empowering clients and aiding their recovery efforts. Our diverse client population requires a tailored approach, taking into consideration cultural backgrounds and individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to a generous sign-on bonus.
