Payroll Specialist (Contract) POST NUMBER: 308064

Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client who seeking a Bilingual Payroll Specialist (English/Spanish) to join a growing team in Carson, CA. The ideal candidate has hands-on payroll processing experience and is proficient with ADP Workforce Now (WFN). The role can pay up to $33/hr, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accurate and timely payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees
• Review timecards, payroll adjustments, deductions, and employee changes
• Assist with new hires, terminations, and final pay
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Hands-on ADP Workforce Now (WFN) experience required
• Previous payroll processing experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet payroll deadlines
• Knowledge of California payroll practices preferred
