Knowledge of potential customers and demonstrated customer relations skills.Operational and/or strategic experience on close combat systems (HELLFIRE/JAGM Missiles), including integration/interoperability and logistics/sustainment.Demonstrated leadership skills and proven success leading captures and keep sold opportunities Understanding of the Department of War budgeting and acquisition processes and ability to relate them to the Foreign Military Sales programExcellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to clearly articulate strategies at multiple levels of business and governmentExcellent presentation and interpersonal skillsDeal closer – highly effective at bringing captures, tasks and projects to a successful and timely conclusionAbility to understand and interpret international customers' capability gaps, needs, desires, and requirements Desired SkillsSales and/or recruiting experience Track record of successful shaping and winning new business in the defense sectorEstablish customer intimacy among U.S. Government, international customers and end-users.
