Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and a kitchen team inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals following menus and work instructions, using a range of utensils and equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old, with preferred experience in institutional food service or restaurants. The position reports to a Food Service Director and is on-site in a jail setting.
