Position Title: Head of Global Sales

The Role
This is not a traditional sales leadership role. While it includes responsibilities for leading and supporting a small sales team, its primary focus is driving revenues directly through the acquisition of new enterprise customers.
You'll spend the majority of your time personally identifying, developing, and closing strategic enterprise deals - not managing from the sidelines. We are looking for a commercially driven leader who genuinely enjoys selling and gets energy from opening doors, building executive relationships, and winning transformational deals.
Reporting Line
You'll report directly to the CEO. Works closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership on strategic accounts, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
Core Mandate
Drive enterprise revenue growth by personally securing and closing high-value opportunities while helping build a world-class sales organization capable of scaling globally. Success is measured first and foremost by revenue generated, strategic accounts won, and the quality of relationships built with target customers.
What You'll Do
- Source, develop, and close high-value enterprise opportunities end to end - from first outreach through contract execution
- Build and maintain a strong personal pipeline proactively, not reactively
- Represent social.plus at industry conferences, executive roundtables, and customer meetings globally
- Coach the sales team on deal strategy, forecasting, and accountability
- Partner closely with the CEO on the company's largest and most strategic opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing six and seven-figure deals and an existing network of industry contacts
- Experience selling to consumer-facing brands - retail, fitness, travel, media, entertainment, or similar
- Strong executive presence and a genuine love for the hunt
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and as comfortable building as you are selling
What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)
- Enterprise pipeline velocity has accelerated significantly
- social.plus is consistently winning larger and more strategic accounts
- A predictable pipeline generation engine is in place
- The sales team is operating with strong discipline, accurate forecasting, and high accountability
